- Managing small to large size teams of Rope Access tradesmen (e.g. pipefitters, insulators, painters, welders, NDT inspectors, electricians, riggers, crane mechanical engineers, refinery field operators)
- Allocating tasks, overseeing daily operations, coordinating different teams working within a single project
- Conducting daily toolbox meetings and safety meetings, performing on-site trainings, mentoring and coaching team members
- Coordinating projects from planning till execution: field level hazard assessment, rescue plan creation, ensuring emergency/evacuation routes, rigging ropes, emergency brake-in jobs, rope gear inspections, through direct supervision of works and completion of the project
- Liaising with the client throughout all the stages of the project. Flagging and mitigating any potential risks
